Automotive Electronics
Spring-loaded pins, battery contacts and overmolded harnesses for in-vehicle modules, telematics units, sensors and lighting. Parts are specified for continuous vibration and wide thermal cycling, and every batch ships with material traceability documentation for your quality records.

Computer & Computing Applications
Board-to-board headers, machined pins and pogo contacts for SSDs, laptops, servers and docking stations. Where a connector is mated repeatedly through test or service cycles, we specify spring force and plating to hold contact resistance stable — rated up to 100,000 cycles per configuration.

LED & Photoelectric
Contacts, headers and sealed cable assemblies for LED modules, drivers, photoelectric sensors and optoelectronic sub-assemblies. We work to the thermal and creepage requirements of your design rather than forcing a catalog part into it.

Pluggable terminal blocks, headers and machined contacts for PLCs, relay boards, drives and controller assemblies. Pitch, current rating and plating are matched to your board layout, with up to 5A per contact depending on plating thickness and pin count.

Security Systems
Battery contacts, spring pins and cable assemblies for alarm panels, access control readers, CCTV and sensor networks. Parts are built for long field life with no service access, so plating and contact force are specified conservatively.
