Our production series covers standard industrial cell sizes. These include CR2032, CR2450, CR2477, CR1620, and CR1220. We utilize liquid crystal polymer (LCP) and nylon housings. They feature a UL 94V-0 flame retardancy rating. These premium materials endure 260°C peak reflow soldering temperatures during automated assembly.
1:1 Keystone Equivalents
We stamp contacts directly from Phosphor Bronze (C5191) or Beryllium Copper (BeCu). We then apply selective gold-over-nickel or tin-nickel plating. This specific process prevents oxidation and reduces contact resistance. Jiatel manufactures exact 1:1 drop-in equivalents for standard Keystone footprints. We support vertical, horizontal, SMT (Tape & Reel), and THM (PC Pin) configurations.
